We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges. The only exception is if your product arrives damaged, or has missing items. If you notice something off about your order please contact us within 2 days of receiving it so we can resolve the issue for you.

The purposes for which we collect Personal Information will be identified before or at the time we collect the information. In certain circumstances, the purposes for which information is collected may be clear, and consent may be implied, such as where your name, address and payment information is provided as part of the order process.
All orders are shipped within 1 business day of the order being placed. We ship by regular post, unless you chose a faster option. Regular post takes 5-9 business days. During COVID times the wait times could be longer due to delays in the postal service. Please check your countries postal service website for updates on this matter.
